The Borja Pérez Artífice Listán Blanco is a dry, single-varietal white wine made from 100% Listán Blanco grapes grown on several areas across the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, under the D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora appellation. Produced with minimal intervention to showcase the native Listán Blanco grape and the unique soil from which it grows the wine is fermented in 500 litre barrels and aged for one year. The volcanic-terroir lends vibrancy, mineral notes and complexity to the wine which displays subtle aromas of stone fruits, herbs, and smoky nuances with a fresh, saline finish.
