Carefully repack the wine in its original protective transit packaging to ensure the bottles remain secure and upright during the return journey.
- 3.Collection or Drop-off
We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a specialist courier to collect the parcel from your address at a convenient time.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our sommelier team inspects the returned goods to verify the condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
