Grapes for the Ott Am Berg Grüner Veltliner Am Berg are sourced from across the villages of Engabrunn, Feuersbrunn and Grossriedenthal combing fruit from contract growers and estate-grown fruit. At the winery, the grapes are crushed slightly and have some skin contact before pressing and then spontaneous fermentation.
